答：你認為魔鬼會有光嗎？只有上帝才有光！只有天堂才有光。假如你指的是內在像太陽般明亮的光，有時甚至比幾千個太陽還亮，那一定是來自上帝，肯定就是上帝！因為天堂是光亮的地方，上帝也充滿光亮，你看過去聖人的畫像都有光環。所以當你看到光，那就是上帝的光，沒別的！魔鬼不會有光，他是黑暗的代表，他只會拉你墮入黑暗。所以若你看到光，那肯定就是上帝，毫無疑問！要確定你的內邊永遠保有光，假如把祂遺忘了，你可能就會失去祂。所以我們必須每天打坐，以便保有這個光，並記得這個光在黑暗中照耀，在我們這個黑暗的身體牢籠中閃耀，然後你每天可以看到光，每天越來越接近上帝。 

問：我是不是該相信只要每天規律地打坐，就會有美好、正面的巧事發生？

答：你不用相信，事實就是如此！如果你用我們的方法打坐，就會發現日常生活中經常有奇蹟發生，並了解到上帝是你唯一的朋友，因此你的生活會變得很美好。你不用去相信，只要親身去體驗。

Knowing the Light that Is God

Q: If someone sees the Light, how can he or she be sure that this is God?

M: Do you think the devil will have Light? Only God has Light! Only Heaven has Light. If you mean the inside Light that’s bright like the sun and sometimes more than thousand suns, that must be from God. It must be God! Because Heaven is the place that has Light; God is the One who has Light. The Saints of the past, you’ve seen all their pictures with the Light. So when you see Light, that is God’s Light, nothing else! The devil cannot have Light. He is the darkness’ representative; he only can pull you in darkness. So if you see Light, for sure it’s God: no doubt about it! Just make sure that Light is in you forever. You might even lose it if you forget it. So you must meditate every day in order to retain this Light and remember that the Light shines in darkness; it shines in this dark cell. Then every day you can see it, and every day you are closer to God.

Q: Am I correct in believing that regular meditation leads to wonderful and positive coincidences?

M: You don’t have to believe. It will happen that way! If you meditate with our way, it will happen that miracles become a common occurrence in your daily life, and you will know that God is your only friend. So, of course your life will be wonderful. There’s no need to believe; you have to experience it.
