清海無上師:我誠懇呼籲各靈修團體和各宗派的所有成員︰請盡量多打坐,越多越好,以你們正面的能量來保護地球。你若不知道如何打坐,請向您認為適合的團體學習打坐,或以我過去教大眾的方法打坐。若你不知道如何打坐,或忘記我教的方法,請咨詢我們的世界會會員。若你不想打坐,請以你以愛心全心向天堂祈求,這樣地球就會變成慈愛的世界,然後世界就能實現永久的和平。

只要閉上雙眼,集中注意力在前額的中央,從那裡往前面的中心點看,不管任何東西出現在你面前。在裡面,不是外面。此時此地你們就可以享受到天堂。你在裡面看到的光、見到的天堂、你聽到的上帝的聲音,那些都是你的本性、你的佛性。如果你希望好好利用在地球的時間,你每天都可以享受它。

持純素的人打坐多久都可以,沒有副作用,但我建議吃肉的人每次打坐最多半小時,每天半個小時,或每天兩次,一次廿分鐘,早上廿分鐘、晚上廿分鐘。

If you don’t know how to meditate, please go and learn with any group that you deem fit for you. Or, meditate the way I have taught a few times ago. Please ask our Association members if you don’t know how, if you forget what I have told. And pray if you don’t want to meditate; pray hard with all your heart and your love to Heaven, so that our world will turn into a merciful, compassionate planet. But, meat-eaters, I would advise them to meditate a maximum half an hour at a time. Half an hour a day or maybe 20 minutes, in two times. |
