Selected Questions and Answers
Remember Your Inborn Peace
and Know God’s Will
November 26, 1999 (Originally in English) DVD #668
Q: How does one find peace in pain, injustice and persecution?
M: Peace has always been our nature, but because we’ve forgotten this fact we feel we have no peace, no matter how many possessions we have and no matter what situation we’re in. So we have to remember this inborn peace again, and that’s all there is to it.
That’s why even in the face of death and suffering, Jesus didn’t feel troubled and didn’t run away. He said, “Father, how much You glorify me! How You glorify me!”
That’s the peace we should remember. When we remember this peace we’ll know that everything that happens takes place under Hiers will, and we’ll see clearly why these things happen and what benefit they have. It’s not the way it looks. The victims are not always the victims. There are sometimes circumstances that people or we, the greatest Being within us, create for ourselves, for our own progress. There truly are no victims.
If we ascend to Heaven and see the working order of the universe, we’ll never again complain about God; we’ll never again for one moment of our life be ungrateful in any situation at all. In the Holy Scriptures it’s stated that even when one hair falls out of your head, it’s Hiers will. So remember this.
